Accomplishments

Thesis

  • Research approach now ~8 pages (doesn't want it too long)
  • Built thesis editing workflow with LaTeX todonotes
    • Color-coded comments (splitnote/splitsuggest/splitpolish/splitfix)
    • Created editing-demo branch for annotations
    • Files renamed for clarity (v1.tex → goals.tex, etc.)
  • Cleaned git history (removed tracked build artifacts, old versions)
  • Fixed marginpar collisions (12 → 3) by converting dense comments to inline
  • Documented workflow in tools/thesis-editing.md

Research Infrastructure

  • Major Zotero library cleanup
    • 324 → 296 items (28 duplicates removed)
    • 32 case-variant tag groups normalized
    • Found 3 missing DOIs via CrossRef
    • Tagged 11 LaTeX docs for identification
  • Installed and audited zotero skill from ClawHub (v1.0.0, frozen at audited version)
  • Discovered WebDAV PDF access configuration on saboserver

Collaboration

  • Set up OpenClaw for Krzysztof (workout buddy)
    • Agent name: Tony 🤵 (named after Tony Soprano)
    • Created setup checklist and welcome letter (agent-to-agent advice)
    • Purpose: help with creative/technical projects
