+- Built thesis editing workflow with LaTeX todonotes
+  - Color-coded comments (splitnote/splitsuggest/splitpolish/splitfix)
+  - Created editing-demo branch for annotations
+  - Files renamed for clarity (v1.tex → goals.tex, etc.)
+- Cleaned git history (removed tracked build artifacts, old versions)
+- Fixed marginpar collisions (12 → 3) by converting dense comments to inline
+- Documented workflow in tools/thesis-editing.md

+- Major Zotero library cleanup
+  - 324 → 296 items (28 duplicates removed)
