Context: This paper is from the civil engineering school at the University of Leeds. They are doing an overview of economics and finance research of small modular reactors.

Correctness: Can not say. Is a review!

Contributions: They do a good break down of the research we have done ('what we know') and what needs done ('what we do not know'). They point out a big discrepancy that we do not have a lot of research on operations and maintenance costs.

Clarity: Nicely written. Easy to understand.
