This note is to try and keep track of what needs done for the TurboSAR paper. This paper was completed as part of my final project for ME 2046 - Digital Control Theory. In it, I talk about a new method for doing control while using successive approximation register analog to digital converters (SAR ADC). I want to turn this into a full paper,
