Add garish pickleball button + static summary page
...
- Rainbow gradient animated button on homepage (Comic Sans, obviously)
- Static pickleball daily summary at /pickleball.html
- Enable unsafe HTML rendering for inline styles
- Override RSS template to fix theme error
