Notes from Babay meeting:

Emerson is going to upgrade the Ovation system in Cole's
group. We're looking for controllers and things to use.
Ideas from Babay's group:

- Protocols: MODBUS and DNP3, HART protocol. Highway
Addressable Remote something something. Similar to MODBUS
and DNP3 in principal. 

- Instrument light panel.

- Testbed before Energy Innovation Center (EIC)? What tests can we do before going to
EIC?
